We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In the event that you are unable to honour your booking, we will gladly assist in moving your stay to another available date (subject to availability).
If we are able to secure another booking for the same dates, we will gladly refund your payment in full.
In cases of serious illness, hospitalisation, or death (proof may be required), we will consider a full or partial refund at our discretion.
